We endeavor to provide business owners with help in meeting their regulatory compliance responsibilities in safety and health relative to their business operations.
To accomplish this, we have created a corporation that allows business owners a “One-Stop-Shop” for services that are interrelated with safety and health.

Our Company History
In 1995 Fernando Ruiz and his wife started the partnership Ruiz & Associates. They attribute their business success to honesty and hard work. Pooling together over 4 decades of business resources, experience and community contacts they started off by offering consulting services in workers’ compensation claims management, safety training and writing Injury & Illness Prevention Program plans.
In November of 2000 they incorporated as Fernando Ruiz, Inc. That’s when Ruiz & Associates was born. After 30+ years in business our client list is over 1,300 with over 4,500 Commercial Motor Vehicle drivers registered in alcohol and drug testing services.
